Katy Hawkins is a creative producer / urban researcher interested in inclusive, community-led models of city making and developing process-led projects that aim to further connect and activate people within their local community. Recent projects include My Lincoln Road - a community place-making project celebrating the diversity and distinctiveness of Millfield, Peterborough and Bretton Greens a co-design project aiming to encourage residents to rediscover public spaces in their local area and design and install creative interventions which seek to enhance.

Katy previously worked in London as freelance consultant on Neighbourhood Plans, setting up traders associations and organising street festivals as part of the process, working with TRAs on social housing estates to clean and green self-identified areas with resents. Alongside curated workshops in own local community and active member of (former) TRA. Katy has a Masters from The Bartlett in Interdisciplinary Urban Design and spent several years living in Berlin working in the arts sector and researching into community-led development.
