Engaging Communities in Arts Events

This case study focuses on how Appetite created a demand for arts events in Stoke-on-Trent through its Taster Menu of summer 2013. The Taster menu aimed to engage and inspire local communities in an area made up of six disparate towns. Ecorys is producing a number of case studies as part of the national evaluation of Creative People and Places.
